Hurrah! Rosé season is finally here. This beauty from Italy was so good that the local distributor bumped a far more famous Rosé from their portfolio in favour of it. Imagine a bouquet of roses smothered in crushed strawberries with a little watermelon. In the mouth it’s red berries galore with good body and tart and tangy fruit in the finish. Watermelon and cherry flavors linger for minutes. It’s still early in the season, but it’s going to be tough to find another Rosé as pleasurable as this. (Italy)
